Service Description

• Receive a Customized Intervention Plan • Receive Up to 10 hours of intervention coaching/guidance by phone and/or Zoom • Receive direction with clearly defined what to do, how to do it, why you’re doing it, tone, etc. • Assistance in understanding your behavioral health insurance benefits • Utilize information regarding requesting FMLA (Medical leave from work) • Receive treatment placement assistance (finding the right treatment center) • Receive guidance during transition periods in early recovery to minimize the risk of relapse
